The Fields Approach:
During the initial interview clients can expect Mr. Fields to ask in-depth questions regarding the circumstances surrounding their case, including but not limited to:
- What happened/what is the issue?
- What does the client want?
- What claims will other stakeholders make?
Mr. Fields will then create a plan of action for obtaining the best outcome. Services include the preparation of necessary court documents.
Clients will be billed hourly for all domestic/family law services.
